1.Fixed Date & Entry: Event is on 26th April (Saturday); guests can only select the number of tickets.
2.Ticket Usage: Tickets are for one-time use only and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.
3.ID Verification: Valid photo ID required for college/Tech Park offers & free entry for children below 12 (age proof needed).
Arrival & Entry Rules:
1.Arrive 30 minutes early for smooth entry.
2.No backpacks, handbags, helmets, or baggage allowed inside (storage available for purchase).
3.Security checks will be conducted; rule violators will be denied entry without refund.
Event & Ticketing Policies:
1.Reselling tickets is prohibited and will lead to cancellation.
2.Entry will be denied for tampered, counterfeited, or unauthorized tickets.
3.Organizers reserve admission rights and can evict disorderly guests without refund.
Safety & Legal Compliance:
1.No illegal substances, arms, ammunition, or recording devices allowed.
2.Food & beverages available inside; outside items are not permitted.
3.Alcohol, if available, is served only to legal-age guests with ID proof.
Organizer Rights & Responsibilities:
1.Event may be postponed, canceled, or modified due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.Artists, event programs, seating, and audience capacity may change without notice.
3.Guests grant organizers broadcast & promotional rights for event recordings.

1.Ticket holders assume all risks related to the event, including injury, loss, or damage.
2.Parking at the venue is at the owner's risk; organizers are not responsible for theft or damage.
